Every edge in the sprite is a vertical face 12 mm deep. Nothing is bevelled and nothing is rounded, so each pixel keeps its corner.
The blade edge climbs one pixel across for one pixel along, 8 mm at a time. Light rakes it and every step throws its own shadow.
A 5 mm ridge runs 112 mm down the middle of the blade, 1.6 mm proud of it. It is the only true diagonal in the whole part.
Pommel, grip and guard finish 4 mm above the blade, at the full 12 mm. Your hand finds that step without looking for it.
It comes off the bed in 1 h 48 as a single solid — nothing to glue, nothing to clip together. The underside is flat, so it sits where you put it.
Walk the edge of this part and you never turn anything but ninety degrees. The loop closes after 80 corners and 720 mm of edge, and every straight run between them is either 8 or 16 mm long. There is no bevel, no fillet, no diagonal cut — the printed footprint is exactly those 59 squares, not a smoothed version of them.
The part prints lying flat, so a single layer runs the entire 720 mm of that outline without a break — around the tip, down the blade, out along both arms of the guard and back. Watch it cross the corners.
