Full printable chess set with board. A complete tabletop chess set: 32 finished pieces plus an 8x8 board slab. The 3.5 in king sets Staunton proportions down to the pawns, and dark squares sit recessed 0.047 in into the 0.39 in board, giving the checker a crisp, single-tone finish. No glue or joinery.
One board, thirty-two pieces. A complete set: king, queen, two bishops, two knights, two rooks and eight pawns per side, thirty-two pieces plus the board. There is no joinery anywhere — every piece is a separate free-standing print, and the board's recessed dark squares mark the grid.
Staunton ratios from one number. Scale comes from a single number: king_height at 3.5 in. Every other piece is a fixed fraction of it — queen 0.88, bishop 0.82, knight 0.78, rook 0.65, pawn 0.50 — with each base diameter set as a fraction of that piece's own height, following classic Staunton ratios.
Printed without supports. Built with a 0.063 in minimum wall, a 0.12 in floor on thin necks and slits, and overhangs kept within 45 degrees of vertical for a crisp, fine layer finish throughout. Each piece holds a single, even tone; the board's dark squares are a 0.047 in recess with a 0.016 in groove between them.
