Autonomous Key is a physical key to fix doomscrolling. Because we're all a little addicted. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook — they're digital drugs. The hour with your kid you missed. The dinner you scrolled through. The Sunday that vanished into a feed.

Key works like a wall between you and your phone. Pick which apps to lock. They stay locked until you tap the Key, and you can use them up to 60 minutes per unlock.

The best moments don't need a screen.

Key Intelligence shows you where your time goes. It tracks how often you reach for the Key and which apps pull you back. So week by week, you unlock less and get more time back.

The proof is in the research. People who blocked their phones for two weeks saw their focus sharpen like they'd lost 10 years of aging. Mental health improved more than antidepressants. 91% got better in sleep, self-control, and social life.

We started with an object with an NFC tag inside that locks your doomscroll apps. We vibe coded an Android app to make it work. Then we turned the prototype into a proper key, added the iOS app, and gave it an AI with opinions.
