Flip either lid up on its snap-in corner pins to toss something in, then let both drop shut so the mess stays hidden. Prints as three parts: body, lid_a and lid_b.

Twin lids on snap-in pins. Two lids, Lid A and Lid B, hinge on opposite long edges and meet at the centerline with a 2.0 mm running gap. Each swings on 4 mm pins that drop into the four rim corner tabs through a 3.4 mm side slot, so they snap in and stay put without hardware.
