Box came with parts of the chair sticking out and box was very damaged. Taped it together, returned and had a new chair within a week. One good indicator of a company is when something goes wrong and how they handle it. This was truly a shipping problem, and the company did what was right even though it was not their fault. My plaudits to you. Chair is extremely comfortable. Easy to adjust height of seat. And I love the repositionable arms.

We purchased this chair for the office - WFH, as many of us are. Needed a versatile chair and this one was perfect for it. Modular arms that rotate up are convenient when you drop something on the floor. We have had the chair for nearly a year and only recently had an issue/concern. Reach out to customer service team and they were amazing. Replacement components were here within 2 business days! Chair is good as new! Without question would buy this chair again.

I was really excited to find a chair suitable for sitting extended hours for work. When I first received the chair, it was fairly easy to assemble but I noticed that when sitting- the chair would lean to the right. There wasn't anything obviously out of place so I contacted the seller about the issue as it became very uncomfortable to sit several hours in a crooked chair. The customer support was prompt and friendly and determined it was a manufacturing issue and sent me a replacement chair free of charge, and made it easy by not requiring to send the defective chair back. The new chair sits perfectly straight and is comfortable and I'm pleased with my purchase. I would recommend this product and seller based on my experience with both.

Good inexpensive chair. Arms are a little low, but seat and back are comfortable.
