Office Chair Cylinder Replacement With Removal Kit

This is a great product. Much easier to use this kit than try removing an old cylinder with a wrench. Took me 20 minutes to replace the cylinder on my classic Aeron.

I am completely blown away by the customer service. From the ease of ordering, updates on shipping, everything I need in one box, and taking the time for following up to ask if I was satisfied with my order. Also, asking the tough question if I wasn't satisfied, what they could do to make it right. Well done and I'll be recommending this product to everyone I know.

I went through all the DIY youtube videos and tried everything suggested to get my cylinder out. I gave up, ordered this kit, and was sitting in my chair in 20 minutes. Send the cylinder I bought back to Amazon.

Easy replacement with the provided tools and instructions. Works great and adds a little needed height to our chair.

I had a chair in my hunting blind that kept "sinking" making it useless. It was an EXPENSIVE chair. Upon research I ordered the Oasis cylinder replacement as it was guaranteed for many years. Installation was EASY with their complete kit! So far all is good and I can actually see out of my windows again!!!

This was a very expensive leather chair. I happened to see a video on youtube on how to repair the cylinder. I had already had a repair order in that was going to cost me $100 just to come out and look at the chair so after seeing video cancelled the repair and ordered a cylinder from Oasis. Fixed chair in less than 5 minutes. Knocked out the old one and put in the new. Saved me over $100. Delivery quick with everything I needed to get the job done.

Arrived amazingly fast, and this is only 2 weeks before the holidays. Tool to take it off with. Clear instructions. It works, I'm a happy camper. I emailed first about my particular problem and got a very quick response. Excellent customer service. I happily recommend it.

The kit works wonderfully, exactly like expected. The tool makes it very easy to remove the old broken cylinder. My chair has an adjustment for the height of the button on the cylinder. Initially, the adjustment was too low so the cylinder wouldn't lock in place. Following an excellent video provided by Oasis I was able to easily adjust the height locking adjustment.

UPDATED*** Prompt delivery ... just did not fit Got the cylinder promptly, unfortunately, it did not fit my chair. You may need to confirm the size of your chair's cylinder prior to purchasing. Otherwise, Oasis gave an immediate refund which speaks volumes about the service. The cylinder was too big for my chair. I reached out to customer service for help because I could not remove the mechanism....but got no reply from them. I'd like to return the item. Thank you. FYI... as it was... I ended up getting a new chair
