Wind-and-release floor toy. A clear, level floor is where this one runs: roll it backward a quarter of a rear-wheel turn and release it nose-first. It is a wind-up toy for an adult to assemble and supervise, sized at 7.1 in nose to tail, with small parts kept away from children under three.

Roll it back, then let it go. Roll the car backward by no more than one quarter of a rear-wheel turn and the elastic loop winds onto the finger at the center of the rear axle. Hold it still, then release it toward the low nose. No batteries, no motor, no switch: the stretched loop is the whole power source.

Press the latch, lift the shell. Press the underside thumb latch inward, slide the shell 0.16 in toward the rear, and it lifts clear of the chassis rails to expose the loop. Closing reverses it: start 0.16 in rearward, lower onto the rails, hold the latch and slide forward. Assembled, it measures 7.1 x 3.1 x 2.4 in and weighs 0.3 lb, made in PETG.

Eight pieces, one loop. Two keyed end wheels meet the square axle tips of the front and rear wheelsets, and the two window inserts sit in recesses in the shell. That is eight rigid pieces: shell, chassis, two axle-and-wheel pieces, two end wheels, two window inserts, plus one replaceable elastic loop.
