Can I lean back in it without it feeling stiff?

Yes. The 25-degree tilt range and adjustable tension let the chair move with your weight instead of fighting it. Set the tension light if you like to rock while thinking. Set it firm if you want the chair to hold its position when you lean. Either way the back flexes with you, not against you — the exoskeleton is engineered to move, not to lock.

How do the armrests work?

Four directions: up, down, forward, back, plus inward rotation. Height range 7" to 11." The point of an ergonomic office chair with adjustable arms is that one position carries across tasks. Typing, gaming, calls — set them at elbow-90 on day one, the chair holds that geometry whether you are leaning in or back.

What if I have long legs or short legs?

The seat pan slides 2.5 inches — from 18" to 20.5" deep. That range is what a 6'2" user needs that a 5'6" user does not. Without an office chair with adjustable seat depth, one of them is always perching and the other is always cut off behind the knee. Two fingers of clearance behind the thigh is the target either way.

Will Ultra 2 work for big and tall users?

Yes - up to 320 lbs and roughly 6'4" comfortably. Seat height runs 18" to 23," seat depth slides to 20.5" for longer femurs, and the back is built around an exoskeleton frame instead of a foam pad that compresses under load.

Will ErgoChair Ultra 2 fit my desk?

Most desks are between 25 and 32 inches tall. The seat lifts from 18" to 23." Buy an office chair with adjustable height in that band and a 5'0" user clears a low desk while a 6'4" user clears a 30" surface from the same chair. Feet flat, knees at 90. If your desk is fixed, the chair meets it. If your desk moves too, set the chair once and forget it.
