How do I choose the right size?

Simply measure your palm with a credit card.
If your palm is smaller than the credit card, choose a small Carpio wrist rest. If your palm is larger than the credit card or somewhere in between, choose a large Carpio wrist rest. You can check how to choose the right size here.

Are there any studies to support your claims?

One study conducted by the Harvard School of Public Health, Kettering University and Northeastern University showed that raised palm support was associated with less wrist extension and lower applied forces to the mouse pad. How is Carpio 2.0 different from other wrist rests out there?

In most cases, other wrist rests like gel pads don’t provide any significant ergonomic benefit. Our Carpio wrist rest disperses pressure from the wrist to the lower palm (thenar and hypothenar regions), so actually, it acts as a palm rest rather than a wrist rest. By lifting the wrist about a centimeter, harmful extension is greatly reduced. Also, it moves/glides together with your hand and enables arm and shoulder motion.
