A rocking toy that climbs. Give it a push and the crescent rocks along its curved arc while the star, carried on a bar inside the opening, climbs the inside curve, crests near the top, and swings back down. A toy made to be nudged, watched, and set rocking again.
The rocking arc. Push the crescent's rim and it rocks along its own curved underside, no axle, track or wheels involved. The star sits fixed on the bar inside the arc, so as the body tips, the star climbs the inside curve, crests near the top, then swings back down as the rocking settles.
One piece, no assembly. Turn the crescent over and it rests on two rounded feet, one at each horn, rather than a run of separate parts to line up. The whole piece - crescent, bar and star - is one solid piece, no glue and no assembly, finished in an even matte green throughout.
