The foundation of the SmartDesk 2 is its sturdy steel frame that gives you a strong base to work on at a range of different heights. The beauty of its design is that it not only limits wobble at every height setting, it also allows for a free range of motion underneath the desk top. 

Traditional desks, and even some standing desks, have four legs that leave you stubbing your toe or bumping your knee while transitioning around your workspace. With our design, you can stand, lean, spin your chair, do lunges or even dance while you work, and you won’t be cursing under your breath after whacking your knee in that same spot for the third time that day.

Another element we focused a lot on fine-tuning for this generation of SmartDesks was the motor. Both the SmartDesk 2 Home Office and Business Office models feature a dual motor system that gives you the best combination of power, speed and silence. The dual motor can lift up to 300 pounds at 2.3 inches per second, while limiting noise to a level of 45 dB, which is considered slightly above the lowest limit of urban ambient sound. In other words, your desk will move quickly and you won’t bother your coworkers when you’re adjusting its height. 

And speaking of adjusting the height, SmartDesk 2 makes it easy with a programmable display that allows you to set four different heights and adjust to them at the press of a button. This is great for shared working spaces, such as a home office, where multiple people may use the desk and don’t want to be constantly searching for that perfect height they had last time. Strong, sturdy and stylish

We wanted to make our SmartDesk 2 as functional and durable as possible, but who’s kidding who, looks still count. Therefore, we made sure to compliment the quality and functionality with a sleek, modern design that will fit well in any office or home.

Our standard size desk tops (53” x 29”) come in either a beautiful bamboo or a high quality MDF finish, with color options of white, black, walnut or white oak. The upgraded XL size tops (70.5” x 30”) are available in the MDF finish in white, black or walnut.

SmartDesk 2 Home Office features a height range of 29” to 48” and comes with a 5-year warranty, while the Business Edition gives you a range of 26” to 52” along with a 7-year warranty.
