Responsibilities:

- Responsible for proper inventory management control and maintain stock inventory levels within approved guideline.
- Manage the stock movement between the company and factory to ensure proper internal controls and procedures on time. Establish and adjust work procedures and plans to meet production schedules.
- Work on Planning & Production Scheduling to fix issues of materials, design to the factory.
- Co-operate with all Dept. to build the business plan & company goal. Interface with other depts. in the organization to ensure deadlines are met.
- Collect, analyze and evaluate trends and production needs.
- Make plan of materials, production, logistics, business.
- Implement & monitor logistics cost reduction activities.
- Coordinate with related department for cost reduction activities implementation.
- Long term planning of buying plan and control inventory.
- To evaluate and select Suppliers (local and overseas).
- To support to management to decide the Purchase policy.
- Import-export duties.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade or relevant.
- English Proficient written and oral.
- At least 1-2 working experiences in purchasing, import-export.
- Computer skill: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc), Google Spreadsheet, Google Doc...
- Being proactive, multitasking, independent and able to work under pressure.
