Your main responsibilities will be providing essential support to sales representatives, including:

• Responsible for the general administrative tasks of sales team.

• Processing new sales leads.

• Using market research skills to improve sales prospects.

• Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.

• Providing data and reports to help the sales team.

• Keeping track of sales targets.

• Other tasks appointed by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Vietnamese (oral and written) required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Highly motivated and result driven

• Eye for details and strong organization skills

• Cheerful, positive attitude and initiative personality

• Ability to work well individually as well as work as a team

You will be responsible for the overall design / illustration / graphic / visuals for our marketing efforts including website, social media communications, pdf formatting.

• Create graphic for our blog post, PR articles, social media posts….

• Create graphic for ads on google, facebook, Ads network...

• Retouch pictures for website

• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design;

• Work as part of a team with marketers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, web developers…

Requirements:

• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality

• Demonstrable graphic design skills and experience with a strong portfolio

• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas

• Ability to turn concept to visuals.

• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)

• Highly proficient in all design aspects

• Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines

• Deeply understand American culture and taste

° Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and SEO projects.

° Analyze websites and document changes required for SEO.

° Monitor, on an on-going basis, clients’ SEO results and manage projects to ensure continued high rankings.

° Provide ongoing support of all SEO initiatives including reporting, analysis and optimization recommendations.

° Proactively make strategic PPC campaign recommendations.

° Utilize bid management tools and data modeling to maximize the effectiveness of PPC campaigns.

° Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates.

° Optimize landing pages for search engine quality score.

° Web development experience is a plus.

Requirements

° Minimum of 3 years of search engine optimization and pay-per click experience.

° Must have knowledge of Google Adwords, Display Network, Facebook Ads.

° Ability to perform research, analyze websites, document changes, and make decisions regarding optimization approach.

° Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction.

° Ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities.

° Web programming skills are a plus but not required.

° Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

° Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
