Walkingpad Foldable Walking Treadmill A1 PRO

I bought this treadmill to use in my home office at my standing desk. I am a full time, work-from-home employee and often get so buried in tasks I forget to take a break and get some exercise. This treadmill allows me to exercise while working.

We have had this for a couple of months now and love it. Got it to keep walking even when it is dark and cold in the winter. Can get a mile or two of walking or light jogging in while it is freezing rainy and dark outside. I work from home so also workout on my breaks. Small and easy to fold up and slide out of the way in our very small house.

Great for a night after heavy dinner. I usually walk for 40 mins to help digestions.

I have sit/stand desk at work and I have put it under the desk. When folded it is out of the way. I use it for conference calls and some types of computer work. It is mindless exercise! When on a phone call my mind is focused on the call and really do not realize I am burning off some calories. It counts your steps, distance, calories burned. I only walk on it but walking is best for burning fat calories. It goes as high as 3.75 mph. Very surprised at how quiet (almost silent) it is when running freely. When you step on it it makes a little more sound but nothing distracting.
