Contact a Third-Party Seller

In most cases, third-party sellers handle customer service for orders shipped directly from them. Autonomous will handle cancel requests if the order isn't shipped yet. For other requests such as Product FAQs, Trouble-shooting & replacement, Shipping issues, and Product Guides. You can contact the seller by sending them an email at Email us, choose the correct category and the request will be sent to the vendor directly or:

  • On the product detail page, next to the product review. Click "Visit their store".
  • On the next page, scroll down to the footer and find "Need help?"
  • Select the appropriate options from Need help to send email to the seller
  • Please always cc [email protected] so the Customer Care agents can review the communication (if, on rare occasions, any issues arise).

Allow three business days for the seller to respond. In most cases, you'll receive a reply sooner. If you don't receive a response from the seller. Please escalate the case to Autonomous here. We will check and get back to you shortly.
