Hands-free bottle and phone stand For home gym sessions and video-led workouts: fill the 500 ml body, screw on the cap, drop your phone into the slot in landscape and follow a tutorial or timer while it sits on a bench, desk or mat. Useful for yoga, circuit training and personal trainers running timed sets.
A lid that holds your phone. The cap screws onto the bottle neck and its upper half opens into a wide wedge-shaped slot. Set a phone in landscape and the tapering walls pinch it in place, fitting widths of about 70 to 90 mm with a case on. A row of small holes drains any spilled water out of the slot.
Two parts, screwed together. Two printed pieces: body.stl and cap.stl. The body is the tapered 500 ml reservoir with a threaded neck; the cap carries the matching thread and the phone slot. They screw together straight off the plate, no fasteners, no glue and no support material.
PETG, 2 mm walls, no supports. PETG was the intended material: tough, lightweight and easy to rinse out, with 2 mm minimum walls. The body's flat base and low, wide footprint keep it upright even when empty, and overhangs stay under 45 degrees so it prints without supports.
