Shipping & Return Policy

TRIAL POLICY

The only way to fully experience the performance of our product is to try them at your home/ office. With our 30-day trial (United States only) and 15-day-trial (Canada only), you can order our products, work with it and if you don't love it, we will take it back and give you the full refund.

30-DAY TRIAL (United States Only)

Please note that 30-day trial period or cancelling after order has shipped does not apply to bulk orders (more than 3 desks/chairs or order value > 1000$).

Within the first 30 days from the actual delivered date at your address, you are eligible for return our product if you don’t like it for any reason. We cover return shipping and refund you the full amount you paid for your orders (each items/products have their own 30-day trial period from its actual delivery date). All returns require An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, issued by our Customer Service Department. Please email us at human@autonomous.ai to discuss and obtain our Return Authorization Number. You must return the product in its original packaging. So please do not discard the original boxes and packaging materials if you believe you will be using your 30-day trial.

The RMA number needs to be clearly visible on the exterior of the packaging. Products must be returned within the 30-day trial period, and must be in like-new condition. Smart Office reserves the right to apply a reasonable restocking fee for any product not satisfied the condition. No refund will be issued if the product has been damaged, altered, or abused. No returns after 30 days. If you choose the assembly service, please note that assembly service fee is non-refundable.

15-DAY TRIAL (Canada Only)

SHIPPING POLICY

US Shipping(Contiguous 48 states)

We offer ground shipping for 48 contiguous US states. Each item has its own shipping charge that's depending on product. When you're ready to complete your order, simply input your address and you will see the shipping & handling fee. Once it ships, it usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Remember that, our ground shipments do not require a signature for delivery.

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number and link for your shipment. Tracking numbers are not assigned at the time of order. The best way to find the location of your order during shipping is by using the tracking information located in your Shipment Confirmation email. If your order has passed the estimated ship date, and you do not have tracking information, please contact us.

Hawaii & Alaska, Canadian and International Shipping

We offer shipping everywhere worldwide except Russia and Andorra. Canadian and International shipping will take 7-10 business days to arrive. Please choose your country destination and input your address, shipping & handling fee will be reflected at checkout. Your shipping cost will not include any duties, taxes or fees assessed by the receiving country.

SHIPPING_TO_HAWAII

Europe Shipping

All Europe orders will be shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. A confirmation email which includes your estimated shipping date will be sent to you once the order has been placed. When we ship your products out, we will send another email which provides you tracking numbers of the shipment. It will take about 3 - 5 business days for the shipment to reach your location. Please check if you have pay for duties and taxes when receiving shipments from the Netherlands. Note that your purchase amount and shipping cost do not include any duties, taxes or fees assessed by the receiving country.

To provide affordable shipping rate in Europe, we only offer limited options of our products based on inventory of our Netherlands warehouse. If you wish to buy any product which is not available at your location, contact our customer service team at human@autonomous.ai Our team will provide you quotes and shipping information.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are assessed by your government and vary considerably by country/province; therefore we have no way of knowing in advance how much your duties will be.

Product Restriction

Some Smart Office products are not available for international shipping, for example: desk top XL size. Although you may be able to add the item to your cart, you will not be able to complete the checkout process with international shipping with restricted items.

RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY

Please email our customer service team at human@autonomous.ai to discuss and obtain our Return Authorization Number. All returns must be approved by Smart Office before returning the merchandise.

For US customers

You must provide photographic evidence that products are still in "like new" condition, and have been properly packed into original packing. Failure to keep original packaging will result in a refusal of initiating a return. The 30-day trial and exchange policy only apply for customers whose addresses are in the 48 contiguous US states. Within the 30-day trial, Smart Office will issue a full refund upon receiving the product in the original packaging and in “like new” condition. Smart Office reserves the right to apply a reasonable restocking fee for any product not returned in like-new condition. No refund will be issued if the product has been damaged, altered, or abused. No returns after 30 days.

For Canadian customers
