One push, six orbits Spin the purple sun gear and all six planets orbit inside the ring at once. The tooth counts are locked to a true planetary set: 24-tooth sun, 12-tooth planets, 48-tooth ring, with six planets evenly spaced so the mesh repeats cleanly all the way around.
Herringbone teeth, printed flat. Every gear uses a 1.5 mm module and a 20-degree herringbone half-helix that meets at an apex halfway up the 10 mm face width. Opposed helices keep the gears axially centered while staying overhang-friendly, and a 20-degree pressure angle carries the tooth load.
