Kinetic Ferris wheel display model. A desk-scale kinetic model: spin the 5.9 in lattice wheel and all 12 gondolas swing upright on their snap-on hooks. The 7.1 x 4.3 in base takes the two A-frame towers via slotted tabs, so it prints as 20 parts you can assemble in mixed colors and display or fidget with.
Free-spinning, self-leveling cabins. The wheel spins free on a plain 0.31 in axle: the hub bore is a 0.33 in slip fit while the tower apex holes are 0.32 in snug, so the axle stays fixed and the rims turn. All 12 gondolas hang from 0.16 in crossbars on a 0.18 in hook, so each cabin stays upright as the wheel rotates.
Ten part types, slot-and-peg build. Parts split for assembly and color: base, tower_left and tower_right, axle, two lattice rims, two spacers and 12 gondolas. Tower foot tabs drop into the base slots, 0.8 by 0.33 in, and the 0.55 in spacers take up the rim-to-tower gap, leaving 0.02 in total axial play.
