Refund policy
All items must be returned in their original selling condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with all their tags still attached. All items must be returned with their original boxes. All items must be returned in one package. Note: For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. For quality related warranty claims, Timekettle will cover the shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team by [email protected] for details. Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.
Shipping policy
All orders are shipped by USPS, UPS, or Amazon FBA. It generally takes 1-3 business day to process and dispatch orders from the warehouses. In peak periods like holidays or Black Friday & Cyber Monday please allow up to 4 business days for dispatching. All orders are shipped from California & Kentucky depending on the proximity of your shipping address and our availability. This allows us to get your items out to you faster.
