How does the 4-layer seat hold up?

Coil springs underneath carry the load, so the foam doesn't compress flat.

What heights and weights does Ultra 2 fit?

Roughly 5'4" to 6'4", up to 320 lbs. Seat height adjusts 18-23", depth slides 18-20.5".

Why no lumbar support?

The flex-frame backrest moves with your spine instead. When you lean forward to type, it flexes forward. When you lean back to think, it flexes back. Adjustable lumbar pads assume one shape works for a 10-hour session. Spines don't work that way.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers all manufacturing defects that may occur within 3 years from date of delivery. Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of product.

What's the Donati recline mechanism?

Italian-made mechanism used in high-end chairs. Stays smooth past 100,000 cycles. Cheaper mechanisms get notchy after ~50,000.
