Desk Levitate 2 is built to be looked at. It hides everything other standing desks show: cables inside the frame, no keypad, no crossbar. Just solid ash.
Solid ash, not veneer. You can see it at the joins. Nitrocellulose lacquer sits close to the grain, the thin finish used on instruments, so the top still feels like wood.

Four columns, no crossbar. The beam a two-leg desk needs is the first thing you see and the first thing your knees find. One motor per column.

Dust and splash ratedCables run inside the columns, not down the back of them. The tray underneath holds two power outlets, the adapters, and the slack, then screws shut. Look under the desk and there is nothing to see.

No keypad clamped to the edge. Hold a hand five inches over the sensor to raise or lower, or press the button hidden under the frame. Nothing on the desk says it is a standing desk.
