It comes empty on purpose. Roll in a rack and it's a gym, hang a backdrop and it's a studio, drop a bed and it's a guest room. The same floor, a different life each time. You bring what it becomes.
Hinged windows you can actually open, sealed and quiet when you want calm, opened up for air when you don't.
Six layers of insulation, wrapped in metal siding. Loud when you want it. Calls, music, a gaming night, and the house never hears it. Warm in winter, cool in summer, quiet year-round.
