1. When will I get my referral reward coins?

- After someone makes a successful order using your referral link or referral code, we will send you a confirmation email notifying that your referral is successful. You'll receive your coins from that purchase after its 30-day trial period expires.

- You can easily check your current coin balance by logging into your Autonomous account.

- If your friend has successfully made a purchase via your referral link/code but you have not received a confirmation email from us after their 30-day trial period has expired, please email [email protected] for further assistance.

2. What are the benefits for my friend if he/she purchases via my referral link/code?
Your friend receives $10 off their order when successfully applying your referral code at checkout.
3. How do I use my coins earned from the Referral Program?

- For all members worldwide, Coins can be used towards any Autonomous order above $100.

- Applicable only to U.S. customers, you can also choose to exchange and withdraw your coin rewards as cash.

- Important note:

  • Please log-in to your Autonomous account to shop using your coins. If you don’t log-in to your Autonomous account, you’ll be unable to find where to apply your store credit at the checkout page.
  • To make a cash withdraw (U.S. customers only), you must first reach a minimum balance of 50 coins in your account. To use your coins towards a purchase, no minimum balance amount is required.
  • Maximum of 500 coins/$500 cash in any single transaction.
  • You may only withdraw coins as cash once a month (U.S. customers only).
  • Refer to Question 18 for withdrawal steps.
4. How does my friend apply my referral code when making a purchase?
After sharing your referral code with your friends, remind them to enter your referral code in the “Promo code” section of the check out page when placing an order. To redeem their $10 discount, your referral code must be applied at time of purchase. Your referral code cannot be applied to any purchase after it has been processed.
5. Can I use my coins to purchase items that are on sale?
Yes, you can use your coins to buy an item that is on sale. However, please remember that your order value must be above $100 (excluding tax) in order to be able to apply any store credit.
6. How do I get my unique referral link/code?
Simply sign-up for an Autonomous account (or log-in if you already have an account). Then, on the referral page, you’ll find 2 options to share your referral link/code. You can copy the link to your clipboard, or share your referral link/code on your social media channels.
7. Can coins be exchanged for cash?
Yes. As a policy only for our Referral Program, you use coins to get an extra discount towards any Autonomous order above $100, or you can choose to withdraw your coin rewards as cash. For more information please refer to question 3.
8. What if one person visits the website with the link of referrer A but then inputs the code of referrer B?
The coin rewards earned form this transaction will belong to referrer B.
9. May I customize my referral code? And when I update my referral code, does it also automatically change my referral link?
Yes, you can customize your referral code. Edit your code to your liking and click “Save”. Your code must be unique. If you input an already existing code, you’ll need to try again and choose another name. When you update your referral code, your referral link still remains the same. Share your unique referral link to earn coins!
10. Why isn’t my referral code working?
Your code cannot be applied to this transaction because the referee has already visited our site via another affiliate link this week. In order to successfully apply your code, please ask them to visit our website autonomous.ai on another browser. Then try to apply your code again at the checkout page.
11. If my friend visits the Autonomous website via my referral link, but uses another promotion discount code from elsewhere. Do I still receive any coins?
No, you will not be eligible to receive any coin rewards. When referring your friends to Autonomous, make sure that you share both your referral link together with your referral discount code.
12. Can I share my referral link and/or discount code on other coupon sites like Honey or Offers?
No, you may not share your referral link or discount code on any coupon sites or e-commerce platforms such as Honey.com or Offers.com. This is considered unfair, not just to Autonomous but to other referrers also, and is a direct conflict of interest with our own affiliate partners. We will immediately ban your account if you are found doing so. You will not be eligible to receive any rewards from referral orders made via this action.
13. If a person makes an Autonomous order through the Employee Purchase Program via my referral link, do I receive referral rewards from said purchase?
Yes. When using your referral link, orders made through the Employee Purchase Program do not receive any discount reward, but you will still receive coin rewards from said order.
14. What is the maximum amount of coins I can use in an order?
The maximum amount of coins you can apply to any order is $200.
15. Is the Referral Program applicable for all products?
Currently, the Referral Program is applicable for most Autonomous products. PLEASE NOTE: Referral links/codes cannot be used when purchasing SmartDesk Corner, SmartDesk Junior, ErgoChair Junior, SmartDesk - Art, or Work Pod.
16. Is the referral program applicable for dropship products?
At the moment, the program is inapplicable for dropship products. Store credits can't be used for purchases of dropship products.
17. How may I use my credit rewards earned prior to January 1, 2022?
  • Existing credits remaining in your account (December 31, 2021 and earlier) can only be used to purchase Autonomous products. The order value must be above $100 (excluding tax) and cannot be used for any other purpose.
  • Starting from January 1, 2022, coins earned can be used towards Autonomous purchases with an order value greater than $100 (excluding tax), OR can be withdrawn as cash according to the new rules.
18. To withdraw money from your account, please follow these steps:
  • Step 1: Log-in to your Autonomous account and go to the “Your coins” section.
  • Step 2: Select “Withdraw”, fill all required fields in the pop-up form and click “Submit”. In this form, there are 2 files (Direct Deposit Authorization & W9 Form) that you’ll need to download, complete, sign, and upload. Please note that this pop-up form is only required when withdrawing coins as cash for the first time.
  • Step 3: In the Withdrawal Request pop-up you can see your current Coin balance. Input the amount of money you would like to withdraw, then click “Submit”. Your withdrawal request will appear in the Coin History table with status “pending”. Once received at our end, we will approve or reject your request. If your request is approved, we will proceed to transfer the money to your account on the 15th or 30th of every month. You should receive your money after 3-5 business days depending on your bank. Accordingly, the status of your withdrawal request in the Coin History table will change to “done” and your Coins balance will be updated.
19. PLEASE NOTE:
  • Your referral code is not a promotion code.
  • Referral orders must be placed through an active referral link, as the referral cannot be added after the order has been made.
  • The Referral Program and its terms are subject to change or end at any time and without notice.
  • The customer is responsible for all taxes and local requirements and fees. The program and its rewards are conditional on and subject to local laws and regulations.
  • We introduce programs such as these in good faith and expect the same good faith in return. Please note that we may withhold rewards where we believe customers are acting in bad faith or otherwise acting contrary to the intent of this program. To be clear, commercializing, advertising, publishing, mass distributing, selling or paying for use of referral links is not appropriate, and we will not honor such links. We cannot cover every nefarious scenario, nor will we attempt to, but we do promise to be fair and reasonable.

Unacceptable actions for the Referral Program:

  • Advertising.
  • Spam.
  • Anything misleading or fraudulent.
