Changes to Autonomous Shipping & Delivery During COVID-19

We have received so many questions regarding our current shipping terms and conditions. The great news is YES, we are still shipping! Of course, due to the current global conditions of late, delivery times may be slightly slower than usual. Please read the following guidelines for detailed shipping information when purchasing from Autonomous: 

Shipping Times 

Shipping dates will vary depending on the availability of your chosen configuration that we have in stock (Color, shape, etc). The shipping date will appear directly beneath the selected option box. Please check the relevant shipping date carefully. 

For example:

- “Ship within 2 days” means that your chosen product is in stock and we will process your order. Orders made in the continental US are processed and shipped out from our warehouses in New York and California within 48 hours from purchase.

shipping times- For product selections that show “Estimated shipping by <date>”, this indicates that the item is currently out of stock. Please continue purchasing that configuration only if you are happy to proceed with the proposed shipping date. We are pushing our manufacturing and logistics teams as hard as we can, but we are unable to offer a sooner delivery date than the estimated date displayed.

- It takes up to 48 hours for our team to process your orders and confirm shipping. It used to take us only 24 hours, but now the process is a bit slower due to the pandemic. Once your order has been shipped out from one of our warehouses, Autonomous will send you your tracking number directly via email. Tracking numbers are usually emailed out to our customers at approximately 3:00 AM, Eastern Time (ET). Please be patient with us.

- If you do not receive your tracking number within 48 hours from purchase, please do contact our Customer Service team via chat or email. As our CS team have been experiencing an overload of inquiries, you might want to first check your spam inbox, or go to our website and track your order at:    

Delivery Time


Orders made in the continental US are processed and shipped from one of our warehouses (located in New York and California) within 48 hours. Typically you will receive your order within 3 - 5 business days from the date you receive your personal tracking number via email.


Under usual circumstances you would expect to receive the product within 3 - 5 business days from the date you receive your tracking number. However, due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, delivery time for orders made within Canada is currently 7 - 15 business days. We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience and understanding. Stay home. Stay healthy. Stay safe! 

PLEASE NOTE: You may receive notices that FedEx or UPS will hold your packages at their warehouse for several days before delivering to your address. This is due to extra precautionary steps, enforced to protect you from the COVID-19 virus.
