This policy does not cover products manufactured by other brands sold under the Dropship model. Please refer to Dropship Product TOU.

Free Trial Policy

We offer a 30 day trial period for most Autonomous Products in the US. For Dropship Products which are the products offered by our third party Vendors, a different Trial and Return policy may apply and this would be specific to each of the Dropship products.

With our trial period, you can order Autonomous products, try them and if you don't love them, we will process your return and give you a full refund.

We provide all Autonomous products in the United State of America with a 30-day trial excluding some promotional products or products from any specific sale campaign such as Easter Promotion, Spring Promotion, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and so on. Please carefully read through our campaign terms and conditions prior to making any purchase to determine items’ eligibility for the trial period and other conditions.

Please also note that we don't offer a trial period for Hawaii, and Alaska due to shipping reasons.

How the trial period works:

  • Your trial period begins when your items are delivered. If your order consists of multiple items, each item has its own trial period depending on their actual delivery dates.
  • If you order a product which is shipped in several packages, your trial period starts from the date that your last package is delivered.
  • Within the trial period, you may return eligible Autonomous products if you don’t like them for any reason.
  • Return shipping cost will be covered and you will then receive the full amount you paid for your order(s) upon our receipt of the returned package(s) that are in like-new condition and in their original packaging.

Exceptions to Trial Policy:

Our 30 day Free Trial and Return Policy does not apply to the following products and orders:

  • Autonomous Pod Products. There is no free trial and return policy applied for Pod Products.
  • “Only table top” purchase. In case you want to exchange for another top, the top must be unopened in its original package. All the exchange requests need to be submitted to us within 7 days from the delivery date. Otherwise, Autonomous reserves the right to deny your requests for exchange.
  • Any installation or assembly services.
  • Any Customized Products.
  • Bulk Orders. Bulk Order is defined as any purchase order with more than three (03) items of the same products or a mixture of different products making up more than 3 items or any order with value greater than $1500. Customers that have intention to purchase Bulk Order are advised to order single items to test out prior to placing Bulk Order.
  • Sales or Promotional Campaign: Promotional campaigns or Flash Sale campaigns shall be excluded from this Free Trial and Return Policy. Such campaigns include but not limited to New Year promotion, Easter Promotion, Black Friday and Cyber Monday events, Christmas Sale or any Clearance and special Flash Sale Campaign. Customers are advised to read the terms of trial applicable to such campaigns prior to making such purchases.
  • Customized Order is not returnable due to the custom-made nature of the product.


  • A Bulk Order can not be canceled for any reasons after the order has shipped. If a Customer would like to cancel such a Bulk Order, a Customer shall ensure a) the Products are unopened; b) pay the Return shipping fee of the Order back to Autonomous' warehouse. For Orders that have been opened, an additional 30% restocking fee shall apply providing that the Customer provides proof of undamaged, like new conditions of the Products.
  • Customized Order is not cancellable once the Order has been sent to the factory for production. Customized Order is not returnable due to the custom-made nature of the Product.

Return & Exchange Policy 


Return & Exchange is available for almost every product Autonomous sells in certain markets. 

We offer free return & exchange within the trial period: 

  • 30 days: the 48 contiguous United States

You will need to get the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) issued by our Customer Service Department after requesting a return (or exchange). A return cannot be processed or accepted without a RMA.

To be eligible for returns, the products must be in new condition and in their original packaging, so please keep the original shipping packaging (original boxes and packaging materials) after purchase in case you might need to return the product.

Please note that: There will be a 30% restocking fee of the order value for returns that don't have all original packaging. Autonomous will not cover any accrued expense for your replacement packaging.

After obtaining the returned label(s), please ship back the package(s) immediately. Autonomous reserves the right to:

  • Charge 10% -30% if your returned package(s) is dropped off at the carrier center 1 week after your trial period ends.
  • Deny a refund if your returned package(s) is dropped off at the carrier center a month after your trial period ends.

All  Autonomous products purchased from dealers or resellers are not eligible for return or exchange.

You may either request to return (or exchange) by contacting our Customer Service Department at Help Center page, or register an account and access “my order request”.

Return exceptions

If a product purchased from Autonomous is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a return without the above pre-conditions. Under the evaluation of our agents, we will give the best solution for your order. Some defective products are not required to be sent back to us, in this case, please help dispose of them after providing us all the required evidence supporting your claims.

Returns are typically inspected and processed within 3 business days of receipt. Once we issue the refund, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on the original payment method.

For the 48 Contiguous United States

You are eligible to return (& exchange) within a 30-day trial period. No returns can be issued after 30 days.

How to initiate a return:

  • Photographic evidence showing products are still in like-new condition, and have been properly packaged into original packaging must be provided
  • You will then get return labels of the shipping unit, including the Return Merchandise Authorization number via your email address 
  • You can either choose to bring the package to the local carrier center to return to Autonomous, or call the carrier directly to arrange a pickup but Autonomous will not cover the pickup fee if have.
  • Within the 30-day trial, Autonomous will issue a full refund upon receiving the product in its original packaging and in like-new condition, or you will be sent a new exchanged item equivalent to the value of the returned item in case you request an exchange. 

Please note that:

  • Prior to returning, all products must be disassembled so they can fit into their original packaging. Customers are fully responsible for assembling and disassembling the product.
  • The refund will be processed after we receive the product and verify its condition. It might take 3 to 5 business days for the refund amount to be posted to your account.
  • A restocking fee of 30% shall apply for any product that does not meet aforementioned requirements once the Products are inspected by Autonomous.
  • If your order includes our assembly service, the assembly service fee is non-refundable.

For Hawaii and Alaska

Due to high shipping fees and other shipping regulations, return is not allowed for Hawaii and Alaska.

However, our warranty still covers Autonomous products in aforementioned markets. Please have a look at the warranty policy for more information.
