Disclaimer

    All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please make note of any damage to boxes when signing for shipment. Report any losses or damages promptly to Autonomous by e-mail at human@autonomous.ai. Notification must be made within one week of delivery. Save all packaging until the 30 day trial period has ended in the case of needing a return. All returns MUST be authorized by Autonomous, which will advise you as to return authorization and arrange for pickup of any damaged merchandise.
    If your order does not arrive within the delivery timeframe please let us know immediately, we cannot be responsible for claims filed more than thirty days after the delivery period.

Warranty

    Our standard warranty is one year from the date of purchase. Some products have a longer warranty; please check your specific product page for more information. Your product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer’s defects, and you may return any product that has a manufacturer’s defect within the warranty for store credit. "Defects", as used in this warranty, are defined as imperfection in material or workmanship that will impair the use of the product.

    All Autonomous warranties are limited warranties and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. In some cases, wear and tear may be depreciated for the time that the product was in use. In no event shall Autonomous be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover:
(1) defects caused by improper assembly; (2) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence; (3) normal wear and tear due to age; and (4) labor or assembly costs.

Return and Exchange Policies

Please email our customer service team at human@autonomous.ai to discuss and obtain our Return Authorization Number. All returns must be approved by Autonomous before returning the merchandise.
You must have the original packaging for return shipping. Failure to keep original packaging will result in a refusal of initating a return.
The 30-day trial and exchange policy only apply for customers whose addresses are in the 48 contiguous US states.
Within the 30-day trial, Autonomous will issue a full refund upon receiving the product in the original packaging and in “like new” condition.
Within the first 30 days, international customers may return their order for a refund. The purchaser is responsible for the initial shipping costs plus the return shipping as well duties or taxes at customs (if any). The restocking fee is 30% of the order.
Autonomous reserves the right to apply a reasonable restocking fee for any product not returned in like-new condition. No refund will be issued if the product has been damaged, altered, or abused. No returns after 30 days.
Exchanges are only accepted within the 30-day trial period. You will need the original packaging to initiate the exchange process.
Exchanges within the 30-day trial period are limited to one per customer. Please reach out to our Customer Experience team at human@autonomous.ai for further details.

30-Day Trial (United States Only)

The only way to fully experience the perfomance of our product is to try them at your home/ office. With our 30-day trial, you can order our products, work with it and if you don't love it, we will take it back and give you the full refund.

How it works

Once the product arrives at your destination, you will have 30 days from this date to return it. If you decide to return the product, you will receive a full refund of the product price plus shipping fee. So there will be no fee from your end.
If you wish to return your order, please email our customer service team at human@autonomous.ai to discuss and obtain our Return Authorization Number. An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number, issued by our Customer Service Department, is required for all returns.
You must return the product in its original packaging. So please do not discard the orginial boxes and packaging materials if you believe you will be using your 30-day trial.
The RMA number needs to be clearly visible on the exterior of the packaging.
Products must be returned within the 30-day trial period, and must be in like-new condition. Autonomous reserves the right to apply a reasonable restocking fee for any product not returned in like-new condition. No refund will be issued if the product has been damaged, altered, or abused. No returns after 30 days.
If you choose the assembly service, please note that assembly service fee is non-refundable.

Shipping

US (Contiguous 48 states) Shipping

We offer ground shipping to the 48 contiguous US states. Shipping fees start at $39 per item and may vary depending on product. When you're ready to complete your order, simply input your address and you will see the shipping & handling fee. Once it ships, it usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive.
Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number and link for your shipment.Tracking numbers are not assigned at the time of order. The best way to find the location of your order during shipping is by using the tracking information located in your Shipment Confirmation email. If your order has passed the estimated ship date, and you do not have tracking information, please contact us.

Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will cost $299 per item and it usually takes 7-10 business days for the item to arrive.

Canadian and International Shipping

We offer shipping everywhere worldwide except Russia and Andorra. International shipping will take 7-10 business days to arrive. When you're ready to complete your order, simply choose your country destination and input your address, shipping & handling fee will be reflected at check out. Your shipping cost will not include any duties, taxes or fees assessed by the receiving country.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are assessed by your government and vary considerably by country/province; therefore we have no way of knowing in advance how much your duties will be.

Product Restriction

Some Autonomous products are not available for international shipping, for example: desk top XL size. Although you may be able to add the item to your cart, you will not be able to complete the check out process with international shipping with restricted items.

Return and Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for international orders. However, customers can return international orders.

Assembly Service

    Our products always arrive with assembly instructions and are easy to assemble. However, if you need to help to set up, we offer an assembly service. This is only available in Los Angeles and New York City. Please choose the assembly service option at the product page and we will make arrangements for you.
    Once your order arrvies, we will contact you to schedule a time for our professional assembler to come and assemble the SmartDesk at your location. This will save the time of reading instructions and guarantee you a fast and correct set up.
