All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please make note of any damage to boxes when signing for shipment. Report any losses or damages promptly to Autonomous by e-mail at email@example.com. Notification must be made within one week of delivery. Save all packaging until the 30 day trial period has ended in the case of needing a return. All returns MUST be authorized by Autonomous, which will advise you as to return authorization and arrange for pickup of any damaged merchandise.
If your order does not arrive within the delivery timeframe please let us know immediately, we cannot be responsible for claims filed more than thirty days after the delivery period.
Our standard warranty is one year from the date of purchase. Some products have a longer warranty; please check your specific product page for more information. Your product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer’s defects, and please report any defects to Autonomous within one week after delivery so we can send you replacement. "Defects", as used in this warranty, are defined as imperfection in material or workmanship that will impair the use of the product.
All Autonomous warranties are limited warranties and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. In some cases, wear and tear may be depreciated for the time that the product was in use. In no event shall Autonomous be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover:
(1) defects caused by improper assembly; (2) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence; (3) normal wear and tear due to age; and (4) labor or assembly costs.
Please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss and obtain our Return Authorization Number. All returns must be approved by Autonomous before returning the merchandise.
You must have the original packaging for return shipping. Failure to keep original packaging will result in a refusal of initiating a return. The 30-day trial and exchange policy only apply for customers whose addresses are in the 48 contiguous US states. Within the 30-day trial, Autonomous will issue a full refund upon receiving the product in the original packaging and in “like new” condition.
Within the first 30 days, international customers may return their order for a refund. The purchaser is responsible for the initial shipping costs plus the return shipping as well duties or taxes at customs (if any). The restocking fee is 30% of the order.

The only way to fully experience the performance of our product is to try them at your home/ office. With our 30-day trial, you can order our products, work with it and if you don't love it, we will take it back and give you the full refund.
Within the first 30 days from the actual delivered date at your address, you are eligible for return our product if you don’t like it for any reason. We cover return shipping and refund you the full amount you paid for your order. All returns require An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, issued by our Customer Service Department. We offer ground shipping to the 48 contiguous US states. Shipping fees start at $39 per item and may vary depending on product. When you're ready to complete your order, simply input your address and you will see the shipping & handling fee. Once it ships, it usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive.
Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number and link for your shipment.Tracking numbers are not assigned at the time of order. The best way to find the location of your order during shipping is by using the tracking information located in your Shipment Confirmation email. If your order has passed the estimated ship date, and you do not have tracking information, please contact us.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will cost $299 per item and it usually takes 7-10 business days for the item to arrive.
We offer shipping for many countries in Europe, except Russia and Andorra. All Europe orders will be shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. After you order, we will send you a confirmation email which includes your estimated shipping date. When we ship your products out, we send another email which provides you tracking numbers of your shipment. It will take about 3 - 5 business days for the shipment to reach your location. Please check if you have pay for duties and taxes when receiving shipments from the Netherlands. Note that your purchase amount and shipping cost does not include any duties, taxes or fees assessed by the receiving country.
To provide affordable shipping rate in Europe, we only offer limited options of our products based on inventory of our Netherlands warehouse. Some Autonomous products are not available for international shipping, for example: desk top XL size. Although you may be able to add the item to your cart, you will not be able to complete the checkout process with international shipping with restricted items.

Our products always arrive with assembly instructions and are easy to assemble. However, if you need to help to set up, we offer an assembly service.
