BACK TO SCHOOL PROMOTION - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

From August 2 - September 30, 2021 anyone with a university email domain may take part in this event.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions may be posted on the Site during the promotion only and are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. 

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse any disputes that do not follow our Terms and Conditions at any time.

This promotion shall be offered on a “first come first serve” basis and may be ended early in case the item is out of stock.

Aug 2 - Sep 30, 2021 (9am, PDT).

 4. Offer package & how to enter

Step 1: Register or login to https://www.autonomous.ai/p/back-to-school with your university email

Step 2: Purchase the Buy-1-Get-1 bundles (please note that this program only available in the US only & available from Aug 9 to Aug 31)

With SmartDesk purchase in the bundle, users will receive a free gift (a desk pad or a cable tray). Items in the bundles are not interchangeable with other products. 

Back to School promotion gives at least 4% discount on any item including bundles. Gift items are limited!

5. Promotion trial & return policy

Please note that the trial & return policy does apply to these promotion products— all products in the bundles receive the same warranty policy. The promotion items are selected, so the exchanges are non-refundable and we would charge an additional fee if any. 

6. Discount code application terms and conditions

Our discount codes and Referral codes are not applicable for products on promotion. However, they will only be applicable for full-price products in your order and one order can be used with only one code.

Store credit is applicable for products on sale. However, the credit applied should not exceed $200.

This promotion cannot be applied with other promotion programs. You will see the discount rate after logging in with your work email and the rate will vary depending on your network contribution. 

If you would like to change the discount codes for the placed order during this promotion, you will need to cancel the order, then insert a new one with the correct information.

7. Changes in Terms & Conditions

Autonomous may change the Terms & Conditions at any time. You can review the most current version of these terms by clicking on the "Terms of Service" link, provided within the campaign post. You are responsible for checking these Terms & Conditions from time to time for any changes. If you continue to participate after we post changes to these Terms of Service, you are signifying your acceptance of the new terms.

Autonomous' decisions on all matters related to the promotion will be final and decisive.  Autonomous will not be liable for any claims made by you, or for third party claims, or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, any loss of profits, loss of expectations, indirect, special, consequential or other damages, and any related claim of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential damages or other harm caused by or related to this promotion.
