Stress Awareness Month has been recognized every April since 1992, but this year feels more important than ever. Many employees are now working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. - Let them know that they can discuss these things with you, and make sure to check in with them on a regular basis.

- Asking for the day off for mental/emotional reasons can feel daunting, but mental health is just as important as physical health.
