Lifepro Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate

I feel like I'm now getting the extra help I need in overcoming my osteoporosis. I like the stable base, sturdy construction and ease of use. All of the starter videos that are made available are extremely helpful in getting immediately started in my fitness regime.

Purchased it to help reduce my lymphedema after breast cancer and in the short time I have been using it I have noticed a slight decrease as well as less aching joints. I am anticipating only improvement!

It gives you such a good feeling. Exhilarating without doing a long workout. Also my wife is using it to help reduce bone loss.

I was having terrible back pain that would come and go with exercise. I used the RumbleX 4D daily, sometimes just sittting on it. It took a few months of daily use, but it really helped to ease the pain and build the muscles up around my spine and core. I rarely have back pain now. I am back to walking, hiking and even started roller skating a few weeks ago. I don't ever want to be without this machine in my life!

It took some getting used to, but I'm learning how to use it and loving it more each day.

I enjoy this rumblex more than I expected. I find myself more relaxed and calm. The versatility of uses is a bonus. I've had several lymph nodes removed and this really helps keep things flowing. All the exercise bands are very useful.

Just received my board and am looking forward to all of the benefits expected from the use of it. I have been on it a couple times- I do LOVE the remote for the wrist. It allows me to stay on the board, while figuring out what motion/intensity I am looking for. Can't wait to really get full use out of the product. There are many sources of information/tutorials- but I haven't seemed to have the time to look any of them up....Maybe I should start this weekend!

I am so grateful for my 10 minutes a day on my RumbleX. The programs and the manual options give me so much variety.

My daughter & I have been using it daily, (the 10 min. program standing, with speed up to 30) since receiving it three days ago. You definitely feel "that something just happened to your body, ALL GOOD".
