If you need to find the label on your product, please follow these steps:

• For chairs: The label is located underneath the chair. Simply lift the chair and look for the label on the underside.

• For desks: you will need to find the label in two locations
  • On the control box: That is the label on the black box. Please refer to the image below for an example of where to find the label on the control box.
  • On the leg: The label is also located on the leg of the desk, as shown in the image below.
